MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGERS - M & E CONTRACTOR - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client are a well-established Mechanical and Electrical
contractor,
Due to phenomenal growth, they are growing our operations teams and
recruiting Project Managers.
We are looking for experienced Mechanical Project Managers for various
upcoming projects.
Attend project start up meetings, become familiar with all details and
specifications of the project.
Input on tech submittals as required.
Raising and manage RFI’s and manage labour tracker.
Progress report to be maintained weekly, report and manage any
changes/variations.
Resourcing -responsible for direct and specialist sub con
Liaison with main contractors and the client-based site team
Coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment
Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the
project.
Update program gains/losses to Con Manager weekly
Assisting CM in developing commission plan.
Implementing the commission plan on site
Generate biweekly/monthly snag list and improvements.
Manage K&M handover process.
Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
Project-specific scheduling.
Meetings as required with Sub Contractors to ensure on time delivery.
Communicate/Coordinate with full project team.
Attend general site meetings and action points raised.
Communicate any innovative project specific works to Contracts Manager
(R&D).

Trade or Mechanical Engineering Background
5 years post qualification experience in Construction/Project
